I have a client with an ACS 3.0, PartnerMail VS4.0, and a 206 expansion modules (5 lines, 10 extensions in use). They suffered a power hit, and only the 206 is lighting up at the moment. I'm going out there later today to see if I can help them.

I have a Partner Plus control module here that I can lend them temporariliy so that I can get them some phones today. I know the 206 will work, but I wasn't sure about the PartnerMail VS4.0. Does PM VS4.0 require an ACS processor, or will it work with Partner Plus?

On a different note, does anyone know if an AT&T 824 5-slot carrier (sold with the Partner Plus) will work with an ACS processor, or is it different from the newer carriers?

Thank you for your help!

the voice mail will work as long as it is partner + R3.1 or higher ,the carrier will work with either

Partner Plus module is R2.0. I guess I'm out of luck. I can't remember - does the Partner + have an auto-attendant feature?

Hi pvision,
Make sure you get an ACS R6.0 to replace the R3 to avoid having to replace the voice mail, or put up with some issues.

The feature you are thinking of came in the Partner II uP's. The lack of features will kill you compared to the ACS R3.
