compatibility of Bittel IP sip Phones and Mitel MN 3300

Dear All,
I tried to use bittel sip phone with Mitel MN 3300 PBX. After the whole configuration has been done on both mitel and the sip phone, I experience one way speech path between the IP sip phone and mitel IP Phone. Can someone assist on how to correct this issue.

It on the same subnet as Mitel phones.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. Anyone else and you need to throw it harder.
