Hello,
I have a question that until now, no one was able to give me a definite answer.
In my home I have a computer network consisting of 2 computers linked by LAN and the main computer situated in a concrete-built room. The computer is connected to a router (D-Link 614) via a D-Link USB Adapter, situated in the concrete-built room.
As the router is quite old, and gives me bad connections,(being situated in the concrete - built room) I would like to replace it with a newer and stronger router, either from Linksys or Edimax.
I would like to know:
1. Will a newer router improve the connection with the computer?
2. If I replace the router, do I have to replace the D-Link USB adapter?
Thanks
zsmi
