Compatibility issues between linux and server 2003?

Hi, I have a burning question.

I have a server that is running on server 2003 and one that is running on linux. I am having synchronisation problems with NTP. I just can't get the server 2003 to synchronised with the linux. Are there any known compatibility issues between them? If no, then how do I get the NTP to be synchronised?
