Does anyone have a link to a chart that shows compatibility between Partner Processors and Modules, along with what features work with them? I had this very chart a few years ago, but have since lost it when I left my last employer.

The chart I had showed which modules (206, 206EC, 308EC, etc.) worked with the separate processors (Plus, II, ACS, etc.) and I believe what features might be disabled (i.e. a 308EC might work with a specific processor, but the CID wouldn't work because the processor was too old to support CID).

Many thanks in advance!

I know there is a chart out there.

In general Partner ACS processors are backwards compatible so the R6->R8 processors will work with just about every expansion module ever made for the Partner platform.

If I can locate a chart, I'll post the address.

If it ain't broke, I haven't fixed it yet.

Thanks very much - exactly what I needed!

Glad I could help! [smile]

I thought that I saw something one time on the Avaya Business Portal and it took me a while to find it but if you have a SSO login then you can get this via
this is the same Matrix you can get for IP Office and seems to be good and full of information.
