Comparison Subversion vs CVSNT

I am trying to compare Subversion vs CVSNT given the folowing parameters:

1)Cost
2)Disk Space Requirement
3)Runtime Memory Requirement
4)OS Platforms
5)GUI
6)Ease of Install
7)Ease of Administration
8)Revision History
9)File Locking
10)File Merging
11)Support for Different File Formats

Pleae advice on some/all(if possible) parameters.

I can't answer all those points but I'll address a couple:

1) Both are free
4) Both run on Linux, Windows and OS X
5) On Windows, TortoiseCVS and TortoiseSVN are useful GUI tools that plug into Windows Explorer. Most IDEs will support both also.
8) Renaming files in SVN will keep its previous history. I don't believe this is the case with CVSNT (it certainly isn't in CVS itself)
10) File merging in SVN is an atomic operation, so that there's no such thing as a partial, interrupted merge. It succeeds or it doesn't.
11) CVS doesn't handle binary files very well (and I haven't seen anything to say that CVSNT does any different). SVN is much better for handling binary files (as-in a fresh copy of the file isn't stored each time: it can save diffs between versions to conserve disk space).
