Hi. I am in a way beginner in CR and using Crystal 8.5. I should compare data between two equivalent period of time. In Record selection I can select the first range of dates but how could I select the previous period of time. Example: there are sales of 2004, and comparison should make to year 2003.

Thanks

Heikki

You need to select both years in your record selection formula, as in:

{table.date} in date(2003,01,01) to date(2004,12,31)

You might try using a crosstab to compare the two years, using {table.date} as the column field. With the column field highlighted, go to group options and choose "Print on change of year". Use sales as the summary field, and if you want to look at sales by office or some comparable field, use that as your row field.
