Hello all,

I'm trying to create a report to measure sales of each product split up between quarters. I've created Current Year Quarter formulas for each of the 4 quarters which only count the sale of the product if it's part of that quarter (I was able to use the current year quarter formula that's built into crystal). When I create summaries for these fields that I've created, I get my numbers nicely broken down into 4 quarters. the problem I'm having is when trying to generate numbers for the same quarters in the previous year. Any suggestions?

If I need to elaborate more, please let me know.

Thanks,

You could use formulas like this:

//{@1stQtrLastYr}:
if year({table.date}) = year(currentdate)-1 and
datepart("q",{table.date}) = 1 then
{table.amt}

//etc.
