It appears that there are only two kinds of Partner phones out there these days: The MLS phones and the newer "Euro" style phones. At a glance, the differences are cosmetic: button shapes, larger display, and display tilt.

What am I missing? What are some of the other differences? Does one kind last longer than the other? Are there features missing from one? Is there yet another kind of Parter system phone?

Thanks in advance.

They are the same. I havent experienced any more problems on the MLS series than the Euro...

MLS phones have greater incidence of Message Waiting light failure columns of buttons failing.

Hi John,
The new phones are far more reliable due to the keypad construction. The MLS series use a "flexible PCB". The new phones use a real PCB, and are thus, much better over the long haul. THe new phones have the advantage of more buttons on the new processor and more features are usable. Call logs for one.
