I am reporting on a Scheduling software database (SQL and Access 97). My company uses ttx files (I don't know why!). I have a group in the main report for "Room Names" whose details show events that take place in the room. I need to show unused rooms as well, so I made a subreport to do so. I want to compare the room names in the sub, to the room names in the main, and only print out the rooms (in the sub) which do not have a twin in the main. I am totally stuck. My algorithm seems simple enough, but our DB structure is such that it is designed to be dependant on events. This creates a big problem when I need to show what DOESN'T have anything scheduled in it. Any ideas?

Sincerely,

Cydamac
