Comparing field values in different records

I want to loop through an Access table like the one above and when the store number changes the loop stops. Basically I am writing to a file and want a new file to be created when the store number changes. any suggestions b/c I don't even know where to start

Why not using a report ?
Or the DoCmd.OutputTo method ?
Or the DoCmd.TransferText method ?
