1. Have a look ar the EXACT() function. Make a 3rd. worksheet. Can do a Conditional Format to highlight FALSE cells.
2. Just Conditional format for Sheet1!A1 <> Sheet2!A1 (and vice versa)?
3. 3rd sheet with something like :-
IF(Sheet1!A1 <> Sheet2!A1,Sheet1!A1,""
then sort ? Regards
