Is there a simple way (Add-in, Access wizard or native function , etc)to compare moduleA with a modified moduleA in order to see the changes (differences)?

Am using MS Access 97.

Will appreciate any assistance ( hopefully helpful :)

No 'built in' function for this. You would need to "roll you own". There are many considerations involved in this process, which have been discussed in previous threads in bot the VB and Ms A. forums. I would suggest you search and review some of these. In UNIX systems, there is a commonly found utility which attempts to do this, and succeds -up to a point. The largest single issue in this is generally how many lines are searched after a miss-match occurs to find the next line (assuming the miss-match "looks like" an insert and or delete, and not a change to a specific line.
