Compare 2 documents

In Adobe Acrobat there is a feature to compare documents under the tools menu. Is there a way to automate this for a list aof documents? For example, compare:

c:\Folder1\Doc1 to c:\Folder2\Doc1
c:\Folder1\Doc2 to c:\Folder2\Doc2
etc.

The path and filenames would be constant, but I would have 50-60 comparisons. Some of the files take a while to compare, so having this run automatically is a big plus.

If soemone could steer me in the right direction, I would be greatful.
