Short story long... I'm in the midst of building several servers for a major upcoming tradeshow. My company sells a multi-server, proprietary software/hardware suite. The core application runs on one server and requires a specialized telephony interface card that will only work with 5v PCI slots.

For this reason, I had to use an older Compaq server that has a 5v slot. I think it's a DL370, but tonight I'm not sure of the model. (sorry, been working 12+ hour days for a week getting ready for this show)

Problem is the core server only has 100 Mbit NIC's. At any given point in time it can be communicating with any of the 3 other servers in the config, which are all DL360's with Gbit NIC's. Everything is connected using an unmanaged 3-Com Gigabit over Ether swtich. We are moving sound files between the servers, which, as you might guess, are pretty big in size.

I configured teaming on the 100Mbit NIC's. This works great when communicating with the other servers in the pack. However... It refuses to communicate with the NetGear 100 Mbit Router I'm using to protect (LOL) the servers. (Don't shoot me, remember, this is just for a trade show)

All of the other servers communicate just fine with the router, and can access the Internet. But the DL370(?) can't even Ping it.

I'm brain-fried, and have a deadline of this Friday to complete the config. Any ideas? Buying any additonal hardware is not an option at this point since I spent so much on buying new servers to do this. Damn bean counters!!!!
