We have a Compaq Tablet PC with built-in 802.11b connecting to a Cisco Aironet 350 wireless access point. The tablet is able to associate to the AP and get an IP address from the DHCP server on the other side of the AP, and is even able to access network resources.
However, about every four minutes, the tablet is disaccociated from the AP for reason "Unspecified Error". Then, a few seconds later, the tablet reassociates with the AP and all is well again. There are no clues in the tablet's Event viewer that point to why this is occurring.
I have tried resetting the PA to factory defaults and reconfiguring it, as well as updating the NIC driver on the tablet, but the problem still exists.
Does anyone have any experience or insight into this issue?
