i keep getting a message saying

NTLDR missing
press any key to restart

any idea about this, i just got it and im doing a little networking at home. anything that could fix this?

Boot disk, or reload the OS. NTLDR is the NT loader file---you need that to boot Windows. It tell Windows how to boot, and where to boot from.

As mentioned above, I'd tend to go with a floppy disk still in the floppy drive. Hopefully it should be as simple as removing the floppy disk and rebooting the server.
