Hi
I have just installed Debain (Sarge) running Kernel 2.6.8-2-686-smp.

However when I boot up the box can still only see 1 CPU and also if I run dmesg I get "SMP motherboard not detected"
The server is running 2 PII 400Mhz

Anyone got any ideas how to make both CPU's appear?

Cheers

Mark

Try a smp kernel off sid, .10-1-686-smp, else i dunno.

. Mac for productivity
.. Linux for developement
... Windows for solitaire
