Compaq N1015v System Clock Time Loss

I am currently running on a Compaq N1015v. My system clock keeps losing its time. It could possibly be the CMOS battery, but I am also looking at other possible causes. I am running standard BIOS version 0F0A. Has anyone else had this problem with this model? If so, what was the cause, and what was done to fix the problem?

First off change the battery to eliminate that issue. If you still have problems let us know.
