Wondering if someone could help me out here. I converted an ML 370 from single, non redundant, power supply to a redundant power supply with 3 outlets. Now the server will not power on or off. I plug in two of the three power leads and the server powers on, however nothing initializes. The power switch won't work (It is plugged in)
The only thing that comes on is the fans, and the HD lights...nothing else.

Is there some sort of jumper setting I need to make, or is it what I suspect;
A) Bad System Board.
B) Bad Switch.

Appreciate any help.
Thanks.

I would suggest that you try to reinsert all components and make sure that you fasten them correctly.

I've experienced the same problem with another compaq server, and it was the riser board that wasn't seated correctly.
