I have am using Cisco's VPN Software client version 5.0.02 on my Vista laptop and everything works great. However I have users on the network using Compaq NC6320 laptops who cant connect. The Compaq machines are running XP Pro and I even rolled back the Client to version 4.8.02 to see if that would work. What happens is they open the VPN Client and click connect and they user name and password prompt never even comes up it just hangs but only on these Compaq machines. Does anyone have any suggestions or haas anyone seen this before.
