compaq insight manager email alert setting?

Hi,everyone,

I try to set up the email alert from compaq insight manager. As the instruction said, I need to set up the MAPI eamil client first. But I am not sure how can I do this, any one can help me here?

what mail system are you using

mostly it's just a case of typing your mail server's name
and your email address

ie if groupwise just add the gwia address in

If you are being asked for a MAPI client, you must be using the Classic CIM32 version of Insight Manager..

this has been unsupported for some time.

Consider updating to HPSIM available from HP.com

If you wish to use the version, you will have install a version of Microsoft Outlook, this will allow u to configure the email fowarding using within the older product.
