I need help with this one. I reloaded my laptop with a full version of xp pro. after installing Roxio easy cd creator 5 plat. edition, the roxio can not see the cdrw. it is saying "no supported drive".
I have looked at BOTH compaq and tosiba sites for current drivers, I have made sure that the device is on the windows xp list of devices and Roxio's approved devices.
When laptop shuts down, I get a error messege and have to push the power button for shutdown.
The drive is Toshiba DVD-rom SD-R2102
