Compaq Dual Port Ultra3 SCSI module.. Can i use one port?!?

We have a Compaq storage array that holds 10 SCSI drives and uses a Dual Port SCSI Ultra3 Module. When you attach only one of the SCSI cables, you see 5 of the drives, and when you attach the other cable you see all 10.

Is there some kind of manual override to be able to see all 10 without using both ports?? We'd like to make a RAID configuration.
