Compaq DLT VS 40/80 Drive

I am looking for the latest Driver for Compaq DLT
VS 40/80. I am using Sever Compaq Proliant ML350. I am doing backupusing Backup Exec 8.5. The Backup process take to long, 16 hours later still runing.When I stop the process I have A job status (faile) OrEvent Logs report (Storage device "COMPAQ 1" reported an error on arequiest to write data to media).I am in windows 2000 server environment.Can anyone help?
