Compaq DL360 mouse availability 1

When using a RIB in a Compaq DL360 (1ghz) the mouse availability is intermittent. This is during the boot process and when booting remotely. Is this something you have experienced? and now have a fix or suggestion.

The DL360 requires a cable to be attached to the RIBLOE board and that goes to the motherboard, if you don't have that configuration then you may experience this problem. The issue of the mouse acting up is usually resolved by teh RIBLOE board Firmware upgrade. Try searching for the latest firmware of the RIBLOE board and applying it. I am pretty sure this will solev your problem. Good luck.
