We are about to look into purchasing servers for fail-over and load balancing for our agency Intranet web sites. Compaq's Proliant CL1850 came out last year and the CL380 was just introduced a short time ago. Could anyone offer their experiences with these two types of servers (good or bad) and how you are using the servers?

Thank you

What are virtual machines in cluster server? How can I configure one?

Hi there.

We bought a CL380 at the end of last year to run a critical SQL Server within our organisaiton. We had initial troubles configuring the CR3500 Disk Controllers, but found a solution that worked. Once installed though, it has been good as gold and running non stop ever since.
