compaq bundles their pws/ shows loaded in add/rem prog; not set up

Hi,

Compaq bundles their 98 sw in a recovery cd and sys d: drive
all files are zipped.

when i check the add/remove program for internet tools choose details button it shows that the pws is loaded or is sitting on the system (somewhere)

but obviously it is not activated or configured
because there is no inetpub or anything in the system tray

how would i initiate the set up if it's already somewhere on the c drive


what are the pws .exe files called
how to activate them manually.
