Compaq Array Configuration

Can you help...

I am looking for a version of Compaq Array Configuration Utility that runs in DOS. I have a Proliant 6500 (smart array controller) that needs to be configured before I can load an OS on to it. All I can find is the ACU that runs from within windows, but I am sure that there must be one that runs as a boot disk or at least in DOS if I boot up to a disk ????

Any tip much apc'd.

Just boot with the SmartStart CD. You can run it from there.

Unless of course, you don't have a SmartStart CD.

No SmartStart CD, I'm afraid. I wold love to get a copy though....any ideas where is is available by FTP???

Anyways, is there a way of running ACU (DOS) it without startsmart
