Hi All need some help

I have a old NT4 server on a compaq 2500 with a smart 2HD Array.

The servers beeing playing up blue screens etc, so i ran some diagnostics mem tests ok , but array diagnostics report error 1736-14

controller 1, slot 6, hard drive 2 SCSI bus 1, drive ID 3 -failed drive monitoring test spin up time exceeded threshold.

I have 5 4.3Gb hdd's

how do i identify which of the physical disks has falied? i though it would be SCSI ID 3, hence the 4th disk from the left of the disc enclosure.

I've replace this drive and it rebuild, but diagnostics still fail, i'm not sure i replace the correct drive, any help appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Parmb
