Apologies for the probably easy question but i'm fairly new to Goldmine. (version 6.6040707)

If I go to lookup a company and then select a specific company by double clicking on it, I see a list of other companies within it. The companies that I see shouldn't be linked to this company.
This has changed recently, either by bug or by a user doing 'something' without realising.

Has anyone got any ideas or tips to look for?
Before this the 'linked' companies were just other unrelated companies as they should be.

Any help greatly appreciated.

You mean they're in the Organization Chart?

Sorry yeah,

I don't know how/why they are there...they shouldn''t be.
I guess something has been done by one of our users (unless we have encountered a bug!)

anyone able to advise what to check/how to put the records back??

thanks,

They're just linked into an organization, you can remove them by right-clicking on them within the organizational chart and choosing delete.

It only deletes them from the org, not the record itself.
