Hey all, our Marketing Director asked me to find a way to have all work emails look the same--same font, same background, same format for signatures, etc. I talked to my manager about it and he asked what it would involve (labor, money and such) and what it would mean for all employees. I've been Googling and haven't found much that applies. Lots of stuff on specific aspects of a template but that's about it. Same for what I found here on Tek-Tips. SO, can anyone point me to a tutorial or web site that would help me know what I could be getting into here???

Thanks,

Joe B

Presuming that you use an Exchange server for your email, then look at eXclaimer for Exchange.

This isn't just a simply utility for adding Disclaimers to all outgoing email, but it can be used to apply formatting (such as company policy fonts, colours, logos, etc) as well as adding signature blocks (linked to Active Directory profiles from the Windows Server). It can be set to use different details either on user basis or by department basis: so an email sent from Accounts could have their contact details whilst an email from Engineering could have their details.

A versatile and very adaptable package.

BTW. I have nothing to do with them and have installed this previously for many clients.

Thanks tf1, I'll look into this program.
