company website is not working internally but external is ok

Hi

I have an issue with our company website. We cannot view the website internally but externally it is ok.

I have contacted people who look after our firewall and they said its ok and the ip address is not blocked. I contacted bt they said ip address is not blacklisted but they not very helpful people! arrrgghhhh

then i contacted the people who host website they said they whitelisted the ip addresses and say that it should work now.

but still no joy.

We run windows 2003 server. Have done a tracert from internal and externaland internal tracert gets so far.

Any ideas as i am pulling my hair out now

all sorted now it was the internet host they gave wrong info that they had blocked ip address but all ok now
