We have been set a task to see whether we can incorporate our corporate logo as some sort of header on every email that is sent by our users. I know that in Lotus/Domino there is a "stationary" facility, which can however be modified by users. Is there a facility to do this on Exchange, so that it is not modifiable by users?

i have also been searching for such a feature, but without any success. i think adding graphics may be problem.
can anyone help as i also wish to know?

I would caution against this. I think you need to create custom stationery but I don't know how to do that. My concern is that you use a very small logo in a very good compressed format. You're going to be attaching a graphic to every message. If you're not careful, the size of your message store could increase by orders of magnitude in a hurry.

what about a text line? i'm using a disclaimer but isn't there something in the same line for a header.creating a template for all your outgoing email is an option but this will allow the user to change it and will it apply to all internal email
