Company Logo appears as attachment 1

Hi,
First of all I'm using domino server 4.6.6b and 5.06 clients, the mail boxes are R4.6.

My users create stationery to add their details to the end of e-mails. Now, some users wish to add the company logo to this stationery.
However when we do this the logo appears as an attachment.

This only happens when the mail is sent externally; internally there is no problem, the logo appears beside the users details.

Any ideas how to solve the problem?

I went thru this before as well and we use the 4.6x version...Here's the deal:

Anybody you send mail to on the outside that doesn't have Lotus Notes will indeed see the logo as an attachment because it can't be converted to a visual logo....

Anybody you send mail to on the outside who DOES use Lotus Notes will see it as a logo....

Oh, and did you know that people who use Outlook Express and create stationary as well, to send email to somebody using Lotus Notes - that will also show up as an attachment, cuz Notes can't convert it to be seen visually..
