Company don't appear in the dropdown list 1

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to set up a new company, but been stuck for two days.

I attached the acutal database in SQL server 2008, did the database setup with Accpac Database setup wizard,created the ODBCs, but the company don't appear in the Company dropdownlist when I tried to open the company in ACCPAC.
BTW, I am using trial version of ACCPAC on Windows 7.

Anyone has any idea on this problem?

Did you follow the instructions to not install Accpac to the default programs folder?

Thanks for your reply! but I don't really understand what you mean by "not install Accpac to the default programs folder". Could you please explain a little bit? because I did the same thing on my old computer and it worked well.

On Vista and 7, install Accpac to a new folder, like "Accpac". Don't use the default Windows programs folder.
