Within the Manager I have the company directory setup with all the users. How can a caller access this directory?

And in the directory entry there is a Name and Number, is the number the extention number only (127) or extention User Name (Extn127)?

This is a major problem if you are trying to get outside callers to access the directory. The dial by name feature is not yet available, however, I beleive it will be on 1.3. If I read this post wrong and all that you want is to have employees access the directory have them press DIR then Index.

Dec 13th is the GA date. However according to information that I got, it won't be downloadable. BP's will be getting a CD with all the 1.3 stuff on it.

Voicemail Pro for the IP Office 1.3 has Auto Attendant with dial-by-name. Avaya is rolling this out through Business Partners and Distributers first.
