Hi All,

At the moment, when we dial company directory, we have to use #, is there a way to change it to press 1?

I think I know what you are talking about. But I also think the answer to your question is no.

I think you are talking about the auto attendant. If you know the extension please dial it know to use the company directory please dial ??

The built in Directory that adds a user when Mbox inialized is default and unchangeable #(pound). You can list a directory under an info mbox (must press * b4 ext. number). You can also build a menu.
