We have a BCM400 rel 4.0. All calls are answered by Auto Attendant. All of the latest software patches are loaded. When a call calls in and dials ##, the call immediately goes to someones mailbox. We deleted that mailbox, and the call went to a different mailbox. I've checked the names of the mailboxes and there is no "#" in any of the names.
I've called into other BCM's and this does not happen. Any ideas?
