Company Directory on BCM 400

When people dialing main number and Auto attendent will pick up. Calls by name directory going directly to the mailbox, they do not ring to the sets?

I need them to ring at the set when people are not on the phone.

Off the top make sure capabilities/FNA is set to 3 or 4 rings to vmails DN, make sure nobody has invoked F984.
Make sure DN's is not turned off in Table

I did double check capilities it is set to 4rings check tables. Just don't get this

Uncheck "disable dn dialing" in your greeting table.

OK, problem was with Auto attendant recording.
Auto attendent did say press star for company directory not a #

I did change the Auto attendant to say press pound for company directory and rings to the phone set.
