Is there any way to de-register a handset remotely? I have a companion
on an op11 and the user got a new handset and needs to register it to
the wtn but the old handset is registered.I can't dial into the
companion and their is no set on it to direct the user to do it that
way.If I outed the tn? and reinstalled it?
any help is appreciated

Using the same process to register a phone, you can de-register the old phone (assuming its still functional). When you scroll through the list of systems, you can delete. That will deregister you if you're in range of the companion system when you do it.

If the phone's dead, you're screwed. Someone will have to go through the programming phone to do it.
