A customer in Ireland running a Companion 100 off off a 12X0 cannot get 3050 phones from US to register. Are there international frequency issues that could disallow this?

Totally different frequencies and technology between the U.S. version and the European version.

Are there any doc's that have technical explanations as to the differences or can you provide additional info I can get to the customer.

U.S. version operates on 1920-1930 MHz and uses the "PCS/Etiquette" protocol.

European version operates on 864-868 MHz and uses the "CT2" protocol.

Canadian version operates on 944-948 MHz and uses the "CT2+" protocol.
