Also how can you tell what TN/DN the 3060 is using before we deregister it to replace another?????

The login is is F**0 then entered the password. To determine what tn/dn of the c3060 depends. If the phone is working just call a display phone and note the dn or trace a non display phone call. Then print the dn in load 20 to determine the tn. If the C3060 not working you just have to make an educated guess by eliminate it from the other working companions. Good Luck
