Having a problem with a customer they have a MICS XC 4.1 S/W and were having a problem with their system rebooting, so I removed the power from the battery back up and plugged it in directly to the AC outlet, this stopped it from rebooting. After doing so I did a re-evaluation on the companion base stations and have never been able to connect a companion phone to it again. I have been able to get as far as entering the password and then the DN number but from a phone but then i get reg failed i have tried and verified the following:
-Multiple Re-Evaluations
-De-registering the phones completely
-Re-registering still get Reg failed
-Have green light on all the base stations and can see in maintenance
-Swapping power supply's
-Checking port type
-Tried multiple DN's
-Have good signal strength
-Changed password from Radio to 12345
-Moved fibre ports
-I have working phones on same expansion module as what is connected to the RPI
-Swapped memory cards
-Tried companion phones from other sites
