Companion RAD Password

I am a new onsite teck. They have Option 81C with Companion Phones via Norstar. they have a PC next to it with a serial cable going into a Rad. Nobody knows the RAD Password. I can log into the companion main set. Is there a way to reset the Rad password without the original one ?

Contact your vendor, or Nortel directly for support on reseting the password.

Password hacks and resets are not discussed in the open on these forums.

Companion software & equipment for Meridian 1 systems is pretty well the same at Nortel's Norstar range. RAD resetting is pretty well discussed on the Norstar forum & you can do a search to obtain your answer.
