Companion Admin (7310) inop Help

Companion Admin terminal inop. Replaced 7310 still no display. Repunched to 66 block to port 0 of the CCMC card (Companion Controller). Am I missing something? I haven't checked for the 18-24 volts across the pair yet. I just feel I'm missing something stupid...There is no info on the display terminal of the admin 7310. I've even punched it down to ports 0,1 & 2 on the Companion Controller. Disabled and enabled the ports.

Have you tried resetting companion controler.

Yes, We've reset the entire card and the port. Still no display or response from the admin console.

you could use another port - if available

Also - check that your 25 pair connections are tight to the meridian.

I've tried the first five ports to no avail. I'm thinking I will disable the CMCC remove it, re-seat the 25 pair connector and hook it back up. This damn thing is driving me nuts.

Just purchased a used system on line for my home business. Have 3 7310 with 1 DR5. Need to Know where to find the cable adapter to hookup the extentions

Its just a 25 pr cable with a amp connector then punch down on a 66 block, then run cable from 66 block to jack at the phone
