Can I have caller ID on this system? what is needed software upgrade or hardware? If it is software will need a dealer name and number to supply the keys.

the trunk card is the key to caller id on the ICS systems, look at the trunk card in your system and you will see on the front either LS/DS or CI. CI is the caller ID card. If you have caller ID card then the programming is done in terminals and sets->telco features->lines->callerid set.
