When users call intercom 21 and the user does not answer the call will not go to voice mail? just rings and rings? any thoughts. The other phones on the system are working fine?
you need to call forward no answer the set to the voice port in capabilities.
Feature 985 will give you the voice port. make sure the number of rings is equal or more than your CCR Tree to avoid all calls going to your voicemail
I have the call forward set to the voice port and the rings are less then the CCR tree, mail work from outside line but not if user calls intercom? very strange, all other stations working fine?
