Compact and Repair Database - Password

I am not sure what happened, but all of the sudden our database won't let us in. 1st it tells me it needs to be repaired or isn't a database file. It then asks me if I want to repair the database, when i say yes and try, it says the password I put in is not valid. I am not sure what to do, there has only been one pasword since I created this thing a couple years ago. I try to hold the shift key down to get around it and I can't what do I do?????????????

and there is a repair utility that has worked for me before. Get it here (I coudn't find it at MSDN). BE SURE to set the type of Jet DB correctly.
