Compact 4.2 w/caller id

I have a compact system with caller id cards in it. Is there a way to see the id of the call before picking up the call.

Not sure about R4.2, but on earlier versions you could designate each extension as a call display set. I think this was under Terminals & Sets/Capabilities. Brian Cox

You can do that on all CICS systems(all releases),Under Terminal and sets,enter the EXT no. ,then press next till you see Teleco Feature,press show,you will see Feature assign,press next you will see First display name or number and press next you will see Caller ID ,set it to yes.You can do that for all the extensions. In addition to the last post; look under settings for LINES and change caller id = no to yes.
